An 8-week cohort with a real framework, a small group of people going through the same thing, and me working with you directly. Not a course you watch alone — a cohort you go through together.
You're excellent at the technical work. Leading people is different, and nobody handed you a playbook. You're figuring it out in real time, and the stakes just got higher.
You've got the vision and you're starting to build a team around it. How you show up as a leader is going to decide whether the right people stay long enough to build it with you.
The team isn't cohesive. Hard conversations keep getting kicked down the road. You know the gap is leadership and you're ready to do the work to close it.
A licensed methodology developed by Illens Dort, drawing on 40+ years of leadership work and direct mentorship from John C. Maxwell. This is the structural backbone of the cohort — six principles that build leaders people actually choose to follow.
My own four-step methodology, built from years of personal recovery work and translated into a leadership practice. Recovery is a skill. The same principles that allow someone to permanently change a destructive pattern are the same principles that build leaders worth following.
I came up in manufacturing. Spent years on the floor and in front of teams who were doing hard, physical work — and watched what happens when leadership is missing. I also spent years in active addiction, and then years rebuilding myself in recovery. That second part is where this framework came from.
Recovery taught me something most leadership books miss: changing how you show up isn't a personality fix. It's a practice. The same daily work that pulled me out of one pattern is the same daily work that builds a leader people will actually follow. I built the Resolve Framework to make that work teachable — and I pair it with the LIVE IT Framework because together they're the most complete system I've found.
I'm not selling you a course. I'm inviting you into a process I've lived. If you come, I show up for you.
"Recovery is a skill — and once you learn it, it unlocks every other skill. Leadership is no different. You don't have it or not have it. You build it."
